FORMA DE CONTRATACIÓN

CONSULTA:
Descripción del problema, asesoramiento solicitado.

DIAGNÓSTICO-RELEVAMIENTO:
Toma de conocimiento de la situación a fin de determinar el tipo y magnitud de la solución a brindar y presupuestar.
Esta etapa puede requerir traslado de personal de FRAISE, estos costos estarán a cargo del cliente y se bonificarán del costo total del servicio, en caso de ser contratado.

PRESUPUESTO:
Detalle del servicio presupuestado, cronograma de trabajo, entrega de informes (parciales y finales), determinación de la forma contractual.

CONTRATACIÓN:
Firma del contrato y toda la documentación integrante del servicio cotizado (cronogramas de trabajo, tipo y plazo de entrega de informes, otros).

FORMA DE PAGO:
50% contra el inicio de las tareas y el saldo contra la finalización de los servicios. Si bien el procedimiento descripto constituye el standard, cada contratación es susceptible de adaptarse a la conveniencia de las partes.

HOW TO CONTRACT US?

REQUEST:
Definition of the issues, matter or problems. Requested counseling/ consultancy services.

DIAGNOSIS - GATHERING OF INFORMATION:
First hand knowledge of the situation in order to define the type-scope of our solution, and a convenient budget/honorary fee.
In the event or need of using staff or travelling, the cost will be reported, agreed with and covered by the client. It will form part of the final payment, if the services are contracted.

BUDGET:
Itemized description of services, timetable, delivery of reports-advance and final. Letter of Agreement.

CONTRACT:
Signature of the Letter of Agreement and of any other complementary documents and annexes (i.e. : timetables, specifications, etc.).

PAYMENT:
In US$, 50% to start up, at the signing of the agreement, and 50% on delivery of the final report ,or when the requested services are completed. Even though this is the standard procedure, each request and payment form could be discussed and customized, according to the needs and conveniences of both parts.
